Palace thanks House for timely approval of PHP4.5T 2021 budget

Malacañang welcomed the House of Representatives' approval of the PHP4.506 trillion 2021 General Appropriations Bill on third and final reading.

Spox Harry Roque thanked the House for passing the budget within the special session called by President Duterte, emphasizing its importance in funding government interventions during the pandemic.

Roque also urged the House to transmit the printed copy of the bill to the Senate as soon as possible to give them ample time to act on it, noting that the President has certified it urgent.
