Palace orders Cebu-bound intl flights diverted to NAIA

Starting Saturday, May 29, all international flights arriving at Mactan-Cebu International Airport will be diverted to Ninoy Aquino International Airport until June 5.

Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea issued a memorandum based on the recommendation of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) to prevent further spread of COVID-19.

Domestic flights, cargo flights, and departing commercial international flights from Mactan will not be affected by this directive.
