Palace creates committee for smooth transition

President Duterte signed an administrative order creating a Presidential Transition Committee (PTC) to ensure smooth government service delivery during the transition period.

The PTC will be chaired by Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea, with members including Foreign Affairs Sec. Teodoro Locsin Jr., Finance Sec. Carlos Dominguez III, Budget Undersec. Tina Rose Marie Canda, and Socioeconomic Planning Sec. Karl Chua.

All government departments are directed to form their own internal transition committees to support the PTC.
