PAL cancels Manila-Hong Kong flights until Jan. 21

Philippine Airlines (PAL) canceled 10 flights from Manila to Hong Kong due to inbound flight restrictions imposed by the Hong Kong government from January 6 to 21.

Hong Kong banned incoming flights from eight countries, including the Philippines, amid concerns over the Omicron variant.

PAL's PR300 flights were canceled on January 6, 7, 9, 12, 13, 14, 16, 19, 20, and 21, but PR301 Hong Kong-Manila flights will continue to operate as scheduled every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.

Affected passengers can refund their tickets, convert them into vouchers valid for one year from the date of issuance, or rebook within 60 days with available space on other flights.
