PAGASA: Scattered rains, thunderstorms in Eastern Vis, Sorsogon, Masbate; isolated showers elsewhere

PAGASA reports that easterly winds will bring cloudy skies and scattered rains across parts of the country on Thursday.

Eastern Visayas, Sorsogon, and Masbate can expect cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms, potentially leading to flash floods or landslides due to moderate rainfall.

Metro Manila and other regions will experience partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, posing a risk for flash floods during severe storms.

In the eastern section of Luzon, winds will be moderate from east to southeast directions, while coastal waters will be rough to moderate.

Elsewhere in the country, wind speeds will range from light to moderate moving from east to northeast, with slight to moderate coastal waters.

Temperatures are expected to range from a minimum of 23.4 degrees Celsius to a maximum of 34.2 degrees Celsius over the next 24-hour period.
