P695 daily min wage for non-agricultural workers in Metro Manila, P658 for agri workers

Starting Friday, July 18, 2025, the daily minimum wage for non-agricultural workers in Metro Manila will increase by P50 to P695.

For agricultural and small-scale retail/service and manufacturing employees, the daily wage will rise from P608 to P658.

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) announced this adjustment based on Wage Order No. NCR-26 and urged employers to comply with the new rates.

DOLE-NCR Director Sarah Buena Mirasol expressed hope that employers would voluntarily implement the wage increase, which marks the highest increase granted by the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board to date.

Approximately 1.2 million workers in Metro Manila are expected to benefit from this wage hike.
