Oil firms hike fuel prices, gasoline up PHP0.20-0.50/liter

Oil companies will increase pump prices on Tuesday, with gasoline going up by PHP0.20 to PHP0.50 per liter and diesel by PHP0.40 to PHP0.80 per liter, marking the ninth consecutive week of price hikes for gasoline and tenth for diesel and kerosene.

The increases come amid rising global oil prices due to supply concerns following Saudi Arabia's production cuts.

Some companies like Seaoil and Shell will implement changes at 6 a.m., while others like Cleanfuel will do so at 4:01 p.m. on Tuesday.
