Leila Alcasid, daughter of Ogie Alcasid, engages indie singer Curtismith

Leila Alcasid, daughter of singer-songwriter Ogie Alcasid and Michelle van Eimeren, announced her engagement to indie singer-rapper Curtismith (real name Mito Fabie) on Sunday, September 29.

Ogie expressed his happiness for Leila and Mito in an Instagram post where he shared a photo of the couple with their ring and another with them and Regine Velasquez and Nate, celebrating their engagement on Tuesday, October 1.

The proposal took place in Calaca, Batangas, where Leila flaunted her engagement ring on social media.

Leila confirmed their relationship in 2019 but kept details private; they have been living together since the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, initially causing Ogie some concerns.

Celebrities like Nadine Lustre, Gabbi Garcia, Rhia Atayde, Iza Calzado, and Darren Espanto also offered their congratulations.
