Nueva Eciji 7 days no new COVID cases, 42 total

As of Saturday, Nueva Ecija has not reported any new confirmed cases of COVID-19 for seven days, maintaining a total of 42 cases.

Currently, there are 15 recoveries and 3 deaths reported.

The number of suspected cases with negative test results increased to 360 out of the 541 tested, while 139 tests remain pending and 215 individuals have yet to be tested.

The provincial government established the Nueva Ecija Inter-Agency Task Force on COVID-19 (NE-IATF) in February to manage the situation.

Governor Aurelio Umali advised residents to stay home and practice social distancing.
