Negros Occidental under enhanced community quarantine starting March 30

Negros Occidental Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson signed an executive order placing the province under enhanced community quarantine starting March 30.

The ECQ will last for two weeks and aims to limit movement and prevent the spread of coronavirus, following Bacolod's first case on March 20.

Movement will be restricted to accessing basic necessities while food and essential health services will be regulated.
