NEDA: Face-to-face classes could boost PH economy by P12B weekly

Resuming face-to-face classes nationwide could boost the Philippines' economy by P12 billion per week, according to NEDA.

Socioeconomic Planning Secretary Karl Chua said this would also improve children's learning and productivity as vaccination rates among them increase.

Chua noted that the country has lost P22 trillion over two years due to the closure of face-to-face classes.
