NDC receives P420M from TRB for 1.3-hectare Pandacan property

The National Development Company (NDC) received the final payment of P420 million from the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB) for a 1.3-hectare segment of its Pandacan property on April 30, concluding negotiations that began in 2018.

This transaction reflects market value and is part of the five-hectare parcel owned by NDC for the Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 project.

NDC General Manager Saturnino H. Mejia noted that due to the alignment of the Skyway, the property was segmented into three irregular fragments, necessitating two deeds of sale.

The payment signifies NDC's commitment to unlocking government asset value and reinvesting in strategic infrastructure projects for national development.

With this acquisition, the TRB can proceed with construction to ease traffic congestion in Metro Manila.
