Navotas mayor clarifies no-shows 'last-listed', not blacklisted

Navotas City Mayor Toby Tiangco clarified on Wednesday that vaccine recipients who fail to show up will only be 'last-listed' and not blacklisted, as he previously stated.

On Tuesday, Tiangco warned against 'joy reservers,' referring to those who secure slots but do not attend their vaccination appointments.

Tiangco noted that almost 500 people missed their scheduled vaccine appointments on Monday, leading him to warn of potential blacklisting in his initial statement.
