Empire Philippines adds 4 new titles to Miss Universe PH pageant

Organizer Empire Philippines has announced that four additional queens will be crowned alongside the main title of Miss Universe Philippines at a separate ceremony on May 22.

The new titles, including Miss Supranational Philippines, Miss Charm Philippines, Miss Eco International Philippines, and Miss Cosmo Philippines, will be awarded to winners chosen from the Miss Universe Philippines pageant contestants.

Jonas Gaffud, head of Empire Philippines and president of the Miss Universe Philippines Organization, confirmed that there will be no separate staging for The Miss Philippines search this year.

Last year's top winner Alethea Ambrosio was crowned as Miss Supranational Philippines in a separate program, while Chantal Schmidt won Miss Eco International Philippines last year.

Empire Philippines plans to award all international titles from the main Miss Universe Philippines pageant starting next year, streamlining the selection process for representatives in various global competitions.

This year marks several firsts: delegates were chosen through the Accredited Partners Program, candidates represent overseas Filipino communities, and there are no age restrictions for participants.
