Miss Earth 2017 Karen Ibasco recovers from COVID-19

Miss Earth 2017 Karen Ibasco revealed on Instagram that she and her family tested positive for COVID-19.

Ibasco shared contact details of hospitals offering swab testing and emphasized the importance of informing others about their journey with the virus.

She suggested that they may have contracted the disease from deliveries, despite taking precautions.

In a vlog update on Wednesday, Ibasco said her family is recovering after three weeks since contracting the virus.

Ibasco provided recovery tips such as resting well, eating fruits and vegetables, exercising, drinking vitamins, and praying.
