Megaworld starts P2.5B Eastwood City redevelopment

Megaworld Corporation has commenced a P2.5 billion redevelopment of its 18.5-hectare Eastwood City township to enhance commercial and lifestyle offerings.

The company is upgrading various areas including Eastwood Mall, Eastwood Citywalk, and the Eastwood Mall Open Park with refreshed interiors, new tenants, and additional amenities.

Eastwood Richmonde Hotel and office towers such as IBM Plaza are undergoing enhancements, reflecting Megaworld's commitment to keeping Eastwood City vibrant and future-ready.

Renovations include upgraded lobbies, facilities, and amenities in residential and commercial buildings, with works already completed at Eastwood Mall and Eastwood Citywalk.

Eastwood City, launched in 1997, is Megaworld’s first mixed-use development, comprising 23 residential towers, 11 office buildings, three lifestyle malls, and nearly 500 restaurants and retail shops.
