Megaworld invests P5B to develop Nascala Coast in Nasugbu

Global-Estate Resorts Inc., a subsidiary of Megaworld Corp., plans to invest P5 billion over five years to develop Nascala Coast, a new tourism estate in Nasugbu, Batangas.

Nascala Coast will be Megaworld's 36th township and is designed as a destination for tourists and families with panoramic views of Nasugbu Bay and Mount Batulao.

The project covers an area of 116 hectares and includes residential villages, beachside condominiums, commercial areas, mixed-use centers, and town centers.

Located about two and a half hours from Metro Manila, the township is accessible via SLEX, CAVITEX, or the Ternate-Nasugbu Highway.

GERI president Monica Salomon highlighted that Nascala Coast captures Nasugbu's distinct allure with unspoiled beaches and cultural heritage.

In addition to Nascala Coast, GERI announced plans to build a 112-hectare mixed-use township in Cagayan de Oro City and complete three condominium clusters this year in Southwoods City on the Laguna-Cavite boundary and Twin Lakes in Laurel, Batangas.
