Marcos starts Cabinet efficiency reviews

In an episode of his 'BBM Podcast' on Monday, Marcos emphasized the importance of identifying reasons for inefficiency and taking steps to improve service delivery.

Marcos indicated that the review could lead to potential dismissals or legal actions based on the findings.

The President defended his approach by noting that several officials have been quietly removed over the past two to three years following validated reports of misconduct.

Asked about the risk of Cabinet officials being dismissed, Marcos warned them that performance reviews may result in firings or legal consequences.
