Manila implements road closures for Black Nazarene Feast

Starting Friday evening, Manila will implement road closures and rerouting plans for the Feast of the Black Nazarene on Saturday.

Road closures include parts of Quezon Blvd., España Blvd., Evangelista St., Carlos Palanca St., Ronquillo St., and Bustos St.

Rerouting schemes are in place to guide vehicles around closed areas, with Manila encouraging devotees to stay home due to the pandemic.

The city government has announced no processions will take place and mass gatherings remain prohibited by the IATF-EID.
