Makati FC wins 5-0 opener in Women's League

Makati FC secured a dominant 5-0 victory over the University of the Philippines in their opening match of the 2025 PFF Women's League at the Mall of Asia Football Pitch last Thursday.

Angely Alferez and Sheva Furyzcha each scored two goals, with Rhiauna de la Calzada netting an early goal to set the tone for Makati FC.

Alferez was named Player of the Match and credited her team's success to their quick understanding despite limited practice time.
