MacroAsia employees take unpaid leave over coronavirus

MacroAsia employees are taking unpaid leaves as the aviation sector faces significant losses due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The company implemented a rotating voluntary no-work, no-pay schedule and top management is taking a 10% pay cut to help save jobs.

Variable labor at airport stations with reduced volumes will be discontinued temporarily, and a retrenchment program on a last-in-first-out basis may be considered as a last resort.
