LTFRB adds two more NCR bus routes, eyes opening all 31 by June 19

The LTFRB will add two more city bus routes between Metro Manila and adjacent provinces on June 10, as part of efforts to gradually resume public transportation following the shift to a more relaxed quarantine measure.

The new routes are Monumento-PITX (Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange) and PITX-General Mariano Alvarez.

As of now, 15 bus routes have been opened since Metro Manila transitioned to GCQ in early June, including portions of Route E (EDSA Carousel), Route 1, Route 3, Route 5, Route 7, Route 8, Route 9, Route 11, Route 13, Route 17, and others.

The LTFRB chairman projects that all 31 rationalized city bus routes in Metro Manila will be operational by June 19.
