LPA brings scattered rains in Mindanao

A low pressure area (LPA) formerly known as Tropical Depression Queenie will bring scattered rains and thunderstorms in Caraga, Davao Region, Northern Mindanao, Soccsksargen, Bohol, Lanao del Sur, and Maguindanao starting Friday.

PAGASA warns of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate with at times heavy rains in these areas.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds and rough seas are expected over extreme Northern Luzon, while light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas are forecast for other regions.
