Lorenzana dismisses claims of Go controlling Duterte

Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana dismissed claims by retired military officer Antonio Parlade Jr., who accused Senator Bong Go of controlling President Rodrigo Duterte's decisions.

Lorenzana called Parlade's statement baseless and said Duterte makes his own decisions without being easily swayed.

Parlade, a presidential candidate from the Katipunan ng Demokratikong Pilipino party, made the accusation during an interview with Comelec on November 15.
