Over 400 LSIs remain outside Manila North Port

Over 400 locally stranded individuals (LSIs) remain outside Manila North Port, some having been there for up to four months due to travel restrictions during the pandemic.

Jose Laordin has been waiting outside the port for two weeks and is running out of money with only P200 left.

Rebecca Memoracion has also been stranded in Metro Manila for four months, unable to return to Bacolod despite multiple cancelled trips.
