Lakas leads mayoral races in Legazpi and 8 Albay towns

A recent Social Weather Stations survey shows Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats candidates leading in the mayoral races for Legazpi City and at least eight towns in Albay.

In Legazpi City, Hisham Ismail leads with 39% voter support, ahead of disqualified Mayor Carmen Geraldine Rosal from PDP-Laban who has 32%

Lakas candidates are also leading in Malinao, Santo Domingo, Tiwi, Camalig, Daraga, Rapu-Rapu, Pio Duran, and Polangui.

In other towns, Lakas bets hold competitive second place positions.

Joey Salceda from Lakas is ahead of Noel Rosal of PDP-Laban in the gubernatorial race in Albay.

Lakas candidates lead in all three congressional districts of Albay.
