Lacuna, Moreno, Verzosa campaign in Manila

Manila's incumbent Mayor Honey Lacuna, former Mayor Isko Moreno, and Tutok to Win party-list Rep. Sam Verzosa are campaigning in different parts of the city on Friday, March 28.

Lacuna launched her reelection campaign by walking through Sampaloc, her home district, and attending a mass at Our Lady of Fatima Church.

Moreno held a motorcade around Manila with his vice-mayoral candidate Chi Atienza and son Joaquin Domagoso who is running for councilor.

According to an early March survey conducted by OCTA Research, Moreno leads Lacuna in voter preference with 67% compared to Lacuna's 15%, while Verzosa follows with 16%. The survey was commissioned by Robert Oca of the Associated Workers Union and confirmed by OCTA Research president Ranjit Rye.

Moreno emphasized his commitment to clean up Manila if elected, resuming health and welfare projects, and indicated he would not be a one-term mayor this time around.
