Korina Sanchez joins TV5 with 'Rated Korina'

Veteran broadcast journalist Korina Sanchez officially signed a contract with Brightlight Productions and is set to join TV5 after more than three decades at ABS-CBN.

Sanchez's long-running magazine show 'Rated K' will now be called 'Rated Korina', airing on TV5 starting October 24.

'Rated Korina' has been previewing on Facebook, with Sanchez expressing excitement about working with familiar faces in journalism and praising Brightlight Productions for allowing her to continue her work without delay.

Sanchez is among the many talents from ABS-CBN who have transferred to TV5 following the network's shutdown in May when its franchise expired.

ABS-CBN has since partnered with Zoe Broadcasting Corporation, launching A2Z channel where some of their shows will air starting October 10.
