Kim Chiu, Paulo Avelino's romance comedy debuts strong with P12M

Star Cinema's romantic comedy film "My Love Will Make You Disappear," starring Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino, had a strong opening day at the box office on March 25, earning P12 million in 380 cinemas nationwide.

Star Cinema has scheduled a total of 224 block screenings worldwide for the film.

"My Love Will Make You Disappear" tells the story of Sari, who believes that every man she loves disappears, and Jolo, a heartbroken landlord who tries to escape his pain by making her fall in love with him.

Directed by Chad Vidanes, the film features an ensemble cast including Melai Cantiveros, Wilma Doesnt, Lovely Abella, Benj Manalo, Nico Antonio, Migs Almendras, Martin Escudero, Karina Bautista, Jeremiah Lisbo, Atasha Franco, Kelsey Lasam, and Lucas Andalio.
