Kiko skips rallies to boost Leni's support

Vice presidential candidate Senator Kiko Pangilinan is skipping campaign stops where local officials only support his running mate, Vice President Leni Robredo, in order to strengthen her support.

Pangilinan confirmed that he skipped a rally in Eastern Samar after learning that local leaders there were willing to endorse only Robredo and not his candidacy.

He believes this decision will ensure that local political leaders show full public support for Robredo's bid.
