KC distributes relief packs, sells jewelry for Ulysses victims

KC Concepcion flew to Cagayan on Monday to distribute over 10,000 relief packs to victims of Typhoon Ulysses.

She thanked local government units for assisting in the distribution and expressed her dismay over the severe flooding.

Concepcion is also selling ready-made jewelry from her shop Avec Moi to raise funds for immediate rescue and relief efforts in Cagayan.
