In the latest photos, she wore a white two-piece as she lay in bed, captioning it 'Woke up as a 29-year-old,' while her earlier post featured an all-black outfit with chic accessories and midnight snacks.

Kathryn also shared additional sizzling photos of herself lying on the bed wearing white underwear and another set featuring black sexy lingerie, both posted to celebrate her birthday.
