Kate Valdez celebrates birthday with Fumiya, calls him 'in love'

Kate Valdez recently celebrated her birthday with a trip to Hong Kong Disneyland gifted by her Japanese vlogger and artist friend, Fumiya Sankai.

In a new TikTok video, Kate dedicated the post to Fumiya, clarifying that he is her 'Japanese side' and sharing sweet photos of their time together.

When questioned about their relationship status in an interview on '24 Oras,' Kate responded that they are very happy together without explicitly confirming a romantic relationship but shared she is 'in love' with him.

Kate expressed feeling very at peace when with Fumiya, noting their bond remains strong even through challenges.

The pair met initially at an event where Fumiya was showcasing his musical talents and have since become the subject of dating rumors after sharing photos from Hong Kong on social media.

Valdez is set to star in the Philippine remake of the hit K-drama 'Shining Inheritance,' alongside other cast members including Kyline Alcantara, Michael Sager, Paul Salas, and Coney Reyes.

Fumiya gained fame when he participated in a Philippine reality show in 2019.
