Karla emphasized that only Daniel and Kathryn can truly understand and resolve the reasons behind their breakup, stressing that they are the ones who know best what led to the separation.

Despite the emotional turmoil caused by public criticism, Karla decided to support her son by letting him handle the situation with his former partner.

The couple had been together for 11 years before announcing their separation in November 2023.
