Kaja Kallas visits PH for talks with Marcos Jr., Manalo

EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas will visit the Philippines from June 1 to 2.

During her stay, she will meet with Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo and other high-level officials to discuss ways to strengthen Philippine-EU relations amid regional and international challenges.

Kallas' engagements also include meetings with Philippine Coast Guard Commandant Ronnie Gil Gavan, National Security Adviser Eduardo Año, and President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on June 2.

She will hold a town hall meeting at De La Salle University and engage with civil society representatives during her visit.

As Vice-President of the European Commission, Kallas aims to deepen partnerships worldwide through more assertive foreign policy.
