Kacey dela Rosa named UAAP Season 86 Women's Basketball MVP

Kacey dela Rosa from the Ateneo Blue Eagles has been named MVP of the UAAP Season 86 Women's Basketball Tournament.

Dela Rosa scored a total of 83.857 statistical points, narrowly beating FEU’s Josee Kaputu who had 82.0 SPs.

The 6-foot player averaged 19.6 points, 12.0 rebounds, 2.6 blocks, and 1.5 steals per game, contributing significantly to Ateneo's fourth-place finish with an 8-6 record.

Dela Rosa is the first Ateneo player to win this award since Cassy Tioseco’s back-to-back MVP titles in 2006 and 2007.
