Jerry Yan visits co-star Barbie Hsu's tomb

Taiwanese actor Jerry Yan paid a visit to the tomb of his late co-star Barbie Hsu at Chin Pao San Cemetery in New Taipei on August 13.

Yan and Hsu starred together as Daoming Si and Shancai in the popular Taiwanese drama series 'Meteor Garden' from 2001-02, alongside Vic Chou, Ken Chu, and Vanness Wu.

Following the show's success, Yan and his co-stars formed the boy band F4.

Barbie Hsu passed away last February at age 48 due to pneumonia complications following an influenza infection in Japan.

During the visit, Jerry was accompanied by host-actress Janet Chia and her husband Wang Chao-chieh; all three wore black attire and spent over ten minutes at Barbie's grave where Jerry shed tears.

After visiting the cemetery, the trio had lunch at a vegetarian café to honor Hsu, who was known for being a long-time vegetarian.
