Jaime Licauco, parapsychologist and author, dies at 84

Renowned author and parapsychologist Jaime Licauco, grandfather of actor David Licauco, passed away at the age of 84 on May 15.

David honored his lolo with a heartfelt tribute on Facebook and during the wake in Parañaque, celebrating Jaime's wisdom and contributions to inner mind development.

Jaime authored 17 books and numerous articles on topics such as creative management, intuitive thinking, paranormal phenomena, and Philippine mysticism, lecturing medical groups including the American Academy of Family Medicine and the Philippine Neurological Society.

David recalled an unforgettable moment when his grandfather 'bent' a fork using his mind, emphasizing the power of the inner mind and inspiring him to achieve his goals with passion.

The actor shared that his grandfather taught him to be nice to everyone, choose peace over validation, and live happily, reminding people to tell their loved ones they love them.
