Actress Iza Calzado details her experience battling COVID-19, starting from March 13 when she first felt symptoms like throat tightness and dryness, followed by cough, fever, and loss of appetite.

Initially hesitant to seek medical help due to limited test kits, her condition worsened before hospitalization where she tested positive for the virus along with pneumonia and an Acinetobacter Baumannii infection.

After recovery and discharge from Asian Hospital and Medical Center on April 1st, Iza expresses gratitude towards supporters and plans to donate blood plasma to aid other patients recovering from COVID-19.
