House leader opposes 'no jab, no job' policy

House Committee on Labor and Employment Chairman Enrico Pineda opposes the 'no jab, no job' policy being implemented by some businesses.

Pineda argues that while he supports vaccination for herd immunity, it should not be mandatory as it violates individuals' rights to choose what happens to their bodies.

He stresses that neither the government nor employers have the right to dictate whether someone gets vaccinated or not.
