Heart Evangelista clarifies face enhancements on Instagram

Actress and fashion personality Heart Evangelista recently clarified on Instagram that she has only undergone lip enhancement, asserting that the rest of her face is natural.

Evangelista made this statement after an old photo from a teen magazine resurfaced, prompting her to address the issue directly with her followers while in Paris for the Paris Fashion Week.

She emphasized during a video post on Tuesday, January 21, that she would visit a doctor and undergo an X-ray if needed to prove her claim.

In the past, Evangelista had revealed in 2024 that she once received lip fillers from an unlicensed friend, which caused trauma due to uneven results.

Evangelista expressed her frustration with those who doubt her claims, stating firmly that she is willing to go to extreme lengths to prove herself.
