New queens crowned at Miss World Philippines pageant

Tonight marks the crowning of new queens for various titles including Miss World Philippines and Miss Philippines Tourism during the 2024 Miss World Philippines pageant.

Miss World Philippines Gwendolyne Fourniol has taken her final walk at the coronation night, waving farewell to fans in a red gown as she steps down after representing the country at the international Miss World competition last March.

Gwendolyne expressed her desire for a successor who is empowered and committed to community service, reflecting the legacy of the ERDA Foundation that aided her mother's education.

Miss Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas 2023 Michelle Arceo and Miss Supranational 2022 Alison Black also took their final walks during the event.

Thirty-three contestants are vying for these titles at the Mall of Asia Arena tonight.
