GSIS signs MoA with Dragonpay for digital payments

The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) has signed a memorandum of agreement with payment solutions provider Dragonpay to expand digital payment channels for its members and pensioners.

On Thursday, GSIS President Wick Veloso and Dragonpay CEO Robertson Chiang formalized the collaboration by signing the MoA on July 16, 2025.

This partnership aims to provide secure online options for loan payments through Dragonpay's electronic payment channels accessible via the GSIS Touch mobile app and designated information booths during the launch.

Dragonpay joins other established partners such as Bayad Center, M Lhuillier, Maya, UnionBank of the Philippines, and Land Bank of the Philippines in supporting GSIS transactions.

Both organizations will integrate systems, establish reporting protocols, and conduct regular testing to ensure transaction security and accuracy while adhering to data privacy laws.
