GoTyme Bank aims for 5M users by year-end

GOTYME BANK reported P17.3 billion in deposits as of June, driven by a surge in new customers to 3.7 million since end-2023, with monthly transactions growing by 600% and adding over 250,000 new users per month.

GoTyme Bank President Nathaniel D. Clarke stated the goal is to become the fastest-growing bank in the country by year-end, aiming for 5 million users, a target they are on track to hit with current growth rates.

The digital lender announced plans to launch international accounts and a Mobile Check Deposit feature allowing deposits up to P499,999.99 via the app, as well as partnerships with more billers and expansion of kiosks and ATMs.

GoTyme Bank also reported leading in Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics, achieving 76 points in a May 2024 study by Forrester, which is a 15-point lead over the nearest competitor.

The bank has deployed more than 470 kiosks nationwide where people can open an account and receive a Visa debit card within five minutes, and Filipinos living abroad in 170 countries can now access similar benefits.
