Bong Go, Erwin Tulfo tied at top with 58.1% preference in senatorial survey

Senators Bong Go and ACT-CIS Party-list Rep. Erwin Tulfo are tied for the top spots in the latest senatorial preference survey by Pulse Asia, each receiving a preference rating of 58.1%.

Go's preference increased by nearly 8 percentage points since January, while Tulfo saw a slight decline to 56.6%, down from his previous rating of 62.8%

Former Senator Tito Sotto maintained his third to fourth spot with 49% preference, followed by Senators Bong Revilla and Ronald 'Bato' Dela Rosa at 46.1% and 44.3%, respectively.

TV host Willie Revillame and broadcaster Ben Tulfo are also in the race with preferences of 42.3% and 40.7%, respectively, among others.

The survey was conducted from February 20 to 26, weeks after the start of the official campaign period for national posts, and noted that if elections were held during this period, 13 candidates would likely win, most of whom are former or incumbent lawmakers running under the administration's 'Alyansa Para sa Bagong Pilipinas'.
