Women entrepreneurs in the Philippines are driving innovation, job creation, and economic growth despite facing challenges like limited access to capital.

According to a 2024 report by the Philippine Commission on Women, over half of women-owned MSMEs face significant financing hurdles compared to their male counterparts.

The Philippine Business Coalition for Women Empowerment (PBCWE) reported that women now make up 40% of executive leadership teams in publicly listed companies, highlighting their increasing influence in business.
