Galeries Tower beats Far Eastern University 63-46 in WMPBL

On Sunday, March 9 in the Women's Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (WMPBL), Galeries Tower secured a significant victory over Far Eastern University with a score of 63-46.

Galeries' win improved their record to 4-1 and tightened their position for playoff spots in Pool B, competing against other top teams like University of Santo Tomas and Philippine Navy.

In the decisive fourth quarter, Galeries dominated by limiting Far Eastern to just three points over nine minutes, extending their lead to 59-41 with two minutes left in the game.

Princess Fabruada had a standout performance for Galeries, scoring 18 points.

Pilipinas Aguilas won against Imus-SIS VBL with Melody Cac leading the way by scoring 27 points and seven triples.

Discovery Perlas secured first place in Pool A after defeating San Juan.

Tantoy Ferrer contributed significantly to Discovery's win, scoring 27 points and collecting 12 rebounds.
