Galanza leads Creamline past Choco Mucho

Jema Galanza led Creamline to victory over Choco Mucho in a closely contested All-Filipino volleyball match held Tuesday night at Smart Araneta Coliseum, maintaining the Cool Smashers' unbeaten streak.

Galanza scored 24 points and delivered crucial late-game performances, including a personal 5-0 run that helped tie the third set at 23-all before securing the match point at 25-24.

Michele Gumabao contributed 22 points, while Kyle Negrito provided 21 excellent sets to support Creamline's victory against Choco Mucho’s strong defense led by Sisi Rondina.

Despite losing the third set and facing an eight-point deficit, Creamline rallied back with key performances from Galanza, Gumabao, and Negrito to clinch a crucial win in their 16th consecutive victory over Choco Mucho in their last 17 meetings.

Creamline will face ZUS Coffee next on December 12 at Philsports Arena, while Choco Mucho aims to bounce back against Farm Fresh at the same date.
