Malacañang urges fully vaccinated seniors to stay home

Malacañang is encouraging fully vaccinated senior citizens to continue staying home as they remain at high risk for respiratory diseases.

NCSC Chairperson Franklin Quijano urged the government to allow fully vaccinated seniors to go out to help boost the economy and promote their wellness.

Presidential Spox Harry Roque clarified that while not absolutely prohibited, seniors should limit outings to essential activities like grocery shopping or exercise.
