PhilHealth spox: Fraud and inefficiencies 'difficult to solve'

PhilHealth President Ricardo Morales acknowledged on Sunday that fraud and inefficiencies at PhilHealth are 'difficult or impossible to solve'.

Morales cited four reasons for this: incomplete or contradictory knowledge, the large number of people and opinions involved, a significant economic burden, and the interconnected nature of these issues.

'Even if we change presidents every week here, the problem won't go away,' Morales said.
